Whats The Standard Offset

Been trying to find the OEM standard wheel offset for a Mk3 LS400. 38-45mm seems to be the acceptable range quoted by many alloy wheel suppliers, a different one told me yesterday that the exact offset was 50mm???

Does anyone know what the exact offset of the original wheel is? and what the acceptable tolerance is

Thanks

Declan

Theres loads of info in the LS400/430 section of this site.

The offset is stamped on the wheels,on my mk1 its on the outside and its 50 :winky:

You want to get as close to a 50 offset,if its the same on the newer models as possible,or the front tyres will touch and damage the wheel arches.

Cheers chips.
