Another great idea from Ladyman and co.

So, instead of looking what size engine the car has and gauging fuel consumption on that, they decide to give cars labels like washing machines and fridges? How stupid are they? It doesnt take much to think 'bigger engine = generally thirstier and more emissions'. Instead they give us an alphabet. Fantastic.

Bit to add, if a 2 litre car is an F where is a Hummer, bout Z but the scale don't go that far.

A is electric but what about the inefficiency of the system used burning fossil fuels to charge it up?

Ah sod it I'm going to buy a second hand milk float, charge it up and drive down the M1. No chance of a speeding ticket and when the batteries are knackered there is no environMENTAL problem in getting rid of lead and sulphuric acid. But my transport rates an A :D
