Something like this would be great but would cost a fortune - bet it wouldn't be very practical either - just think how often the ribbon cables or whatever they used would break, I still want one though

Gotta agree, it does look a bit of a nightmare to build. Ribbons should do the trick though - look at the wear and tear they get (without breaking) inside CD, DVD and especially hard drives!

They said it will cost less than a mobile phone :S Is that with or without subsidisation? :P

Still in early stages, they say it should be out sometime in 2006
