Hi Guys, New to the forum - nice to find like minded Lex fans.

I've recently bought a 300 sportcross & wondered if there are any chip upgrades that anyone knows about? I've read a few posts on here about the resistor conns on eBay so are there any other more legit ones?

Cheers

Welcome to LOC :D

Not familiar with on the Sport Cross but would imagine that most of the mods for the IS3 can be done on the SX like induction kit, exhaust etc.

Chipping a conventionally aspirated engine won't give you any benefits. All that the resistor chip does is to tell the ECU that it's drawing colder air than it actually is. If these chips worked, no one has ever published quantatative data to support it.

Best power gains you can get from the IS3 without taking the compressed air option is an induction kit and fitting an derestricted exhaust system.
