Brake Pads

Hi,

Not to sure  if theres a warning light on the mk2 GS,but if the pads are 80% worn then there not going to last much longer if you only have 3 or 4 mill. You will find the braking wont be up to much as the heat from the pads will heat the brake fluid and you will start to get a spongy and soft brake pedal if you have to make a quick stop.

Also when you do change the pads check to make sure the floating part of the caliper which slides part of the caliper is not semi siezed, its always good to grease the sliders.

Cheers chips.
