Adding Pics To A Thread/avatar

hi all,

just wondered if anybody could tell me how to add some pics (taken from digital camera) into a thread. i can't seem to figure it out!!!

also, how do i change my avatar to one of my own pics (again off a digital camera)??

Finally, in order for me to add some pics of my lex into my profile/garage, do i have to go gold???

sorry for all the questions, but i'm sure someone will be able to answer them all in about a sentance, lol!!!!

The larger pictures you will have to upload to a photo site to host - most forums have a limit on the size of attachments to save on bandwidth.

I use www.fotopic.net for mine - most are free to register.

For the avatar - go to 'my controls' and then the avatar link, there is a limit for this also so you may need to reduce the size of the picture to fit. For this though you can upload direct from your poota.
