Just Been In Crash

Just pulling left out of my work into the near lane and some woman pulls straight into my lane from the far lane without even indicating!!!

Not a bad crash.

So pleased i havent got my lex yet!

She says it was my fault and i shouldntve pulled out!!

I said of course there was room!! There were two slow moving lorries in my lane that had just started off from a red light, i had more than enough time to pull out, it was you who pulled into me without indicating!

No idea how this one will work pal, guess you pulled out as it was clear, if she wasn't indicating then I guess it makes it difficult as I guess sometimes they can argue that you don't have to indicate if there's no-one behind, think it's just if you're turning at a junction? Been a while since I read the highway code so that's probably wrong!

Did you admit fault or did she just try to get you to admit fault - the problem is as soon as you admit fault you're fecked!
