Which Gearbox Oil?

I am due a minor service and was going to get the gearbox oil changed. Was hoping this would quiet down the box and reduce the clonking changes.

I understand it holds 2 US Quarts (whatever that equates to :) ) If someone could recommend a brand. Are there specific viscosity levels that may benefit the gearbox in relation to the problem mentioned above. What do Lexus recomend?
