New Is Mm Park Assist Alignment

Recommended Posts

Can anyone tell me how to realign the Park Assist on the new MM option?

I was reversing today, in a straight line, and noticed that when the steering wheel was straight, the lines on the rear camera view were suggesting I needed to turn the wheel.

I am sure the dealer would sort it out for me, but if there is an easy menu option or similar, I'd rather just do it myself.

Any suggestion are much appreciated.

There are realignment options in the engineer menu. Wouldn't know what to do with them though.

I think you get into it by holding the a button and turning the lights on and off five times

Can anyone confirm the exact method?

Headlights OFF

Ignition on (engine can be on)

Hold down Info button

Headlights to parking lights 3 times (on/off)

Let go of Info button

and Tadaaaaaaa!

You get this menu - not tried the camera bit though...

@ Jamboo or anyone

My IS250SEMM is due to arrive Ist week in June.

Has anyone got a coprehensive list of the secret menus etc??

Never really played with it enough (wifes told me NOT to dabble too much incase I might break something :winky: ). Most of it is information type stuff, though some you can change, recaliberate the Satnav, recaliberate the touch screen (like a PDA), but the most useful one is the volume controls for the Bluetooth kit.

WARNING - get this wrong as I did and you get lots of Echo.

One thing that I have not done yet is getting the Satnav disc out and making a backup - anyone done that yet? The removal tools don't seem to click in on the passenger side and again I'm scared something will snap...must take it in to the dealer!

The tools are inside the toolkit in a pouch on the inside of the inner spine.
