Just returned from a couple of weeks in Italy & am really chuffed how the car performed & how many people "noticed " the car which really is complete with the 18" Hoshis!

Fuel Average over 2500 miles was 32.4mpg @ an average speed in France & Italy of 85mph over 2000miles.Cruised @ 120mph for c. 20 miles but ran normally @ 100mph=3150rpm.traffic permitting.

As ever used no oil & ,even though I am getting older,felt really fresh after 800mile drive to Aosta,Italy from home.A superb car.

Do you have the MM option? If so how did that perform in Europe?

Did you see any other new IS's out there?

Jamboo,

Did not choose the MM option as previously I only had the sexy ladies voice on & I,therefore,did not think the 2.7k cost was REALLY worth it.Saw all models save for the new IS &, I guess,thats why the reaction was,in part, so positive,to mine.Who are you entrusting with the Seat-Belt Recall as I will use Coventry unless you recommend otherwise!
