My three new projects

Mk2:- Slave relay printed circuit board, for lighting and auxiliary equipment, to interface between car towing electrical sockets N12 and S12 and caravan/trailer

My previous design only had separate boards for each socket; also I up rated the relays from 5amp to 16amp contacts.

The mask was produced on transparency film via a laser printer: Had to feed thru twice to get the right density, this can be a bit tricky on alignment.

MK2 boot storage box; the old box was to small to take the new slave printed circuit board, also I have scrapped my previous project of my laptop hung under the parcel shelf, after seeing Matt’s computer project, decided to free up my laptop and purchase a 170x170mm motherboard and power supply and fit it into the offside boot storage box, rerouted all the cables to this box, waiting for my computer project.

The drawings are accurate for a 1996 MK2, should be the same for all MK2’s feel free to use.
