My New Is 200

Hello lads,

Im new to the club so be gentle with me!

Well my IS200 Sport is at present residing @ Lexus Edinburgh with the wrappers still in place as Im not due to collect it until 1st March.

At last my very own Lexus, Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees!

Im looking forward to lots of advice and helpful assistance from the people with the knowledge about the IS200...namely you lot. Hope you can help out when I run into problems or maybe that should read ,when problems occur as I sure as hell dont want to be running into anything with a new car.

Let me be the first to Welcome, but I only joined myself this week. I'm collecting my IS200 in the morning (not new though!)

Hopefully neither of us will ned to ask for HELP!!!

So in anticipation of collecting my Platinum Ice beauty, should I expect the red carpet treatment on the day or is it a case of "there are your keys now off you pop!"

Lexus Hadleigh give you the full royal treatment! Your car should be in the nice glass 'presentation' area on the side of the showroom. The salesman should show you around the car, etc, etc.

Having the car presented to you 'inside' is great! With other new cars I have purchased it was a case of checking the weather on the news the night before to see if it was going to rain! :D :D

Hi javaboss

not much point on checking the weather here as it is normally in liquid form and heading in a kind of top to bottom direction or sometimes its horizontal.

Lexus Edinburgh have a new showroom with a handover area set aside. Different class.
