Msn Messenger

Hello all,

Hope you can help me out I went onto my sisters computer a while ago and logged onto MSN from her computer.

Now when she logs onto email it automatically logs onto MSN. I've tried taking messenger off and alsorts but cant seem to stop it logging on.

If anyone can help that would be much appreciated and then i can start using messenger again.

try:

start

run

msconfig

startup

untick MsnMsgr if it's ticked

Does it make any difference that it only starts up when outlook is opened

You need to go into your outlook options and remove the "Start messenger when outlook starts" option.

If you want to complete remove the thing from your pc do this :

Click Start, Run and copy and paste the following command:

RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

Restart .... and you will have no more problems.

to stop it signing in automatically, just type in your email(it is probably already there) and type in the wrong password and click sign me in automatically, then sign in. Then it will not sign you in when she does go on
