I have purchased it from Stratstone(not a LEXUS Dealer) But are most major manufacturer Dealer ie Merc BMW Astin Martin ETC ETC and they tell me the car is still under manufacturers warranty untill 30-12-08 as the car was first registered 30-12-05 is this true ?? Having never purchased a car less than 3 years old before Does the warranty transfer with the car to each owner until its 3 years old sorry to sound so lame. Matt yeah, the warranty lasts until the car is 3 years or 60000 miles, whatever comes first regardless of the amount of owners :D

my 220d is getting picked up wednesday night serviced thursday and i was told it will be £340 + £10 for insurance of the courtesy car. how much discount should i get for gold discount?

Multiroom is still £10 extra, sky plus used to be but since the middle of '07 has been free. just wondered if you got mixed up as i've never paid £10 a month for sky+ and have had it for at least a year maybe much more

was it not the multiroom that is £10 a month? A few of the channels are not worling on my sky + so i phoned them up and was told £60 for an engineer. Told them to cancel it and when they put me through to cancellations i explained that the channels wern't working and they said they would send out an engineer and replace everything free of charge if they needed to. Even though it is half price i wouldn't pay for a box and wouldn't get Sky HD just now as its limited the channels that are HD

This happened to me twice, the accelerator pedal stuck on when I was lifting off to go into a corner. Stuck in the clutch and it hit the limiter for a few seconds then released. The mats do have a place to put the hook in but if i remember right i think i had to make a hole through the thin piece of rubber. Not had a letter though

Seems I spoke to soon. Today my wife was in the car sitting with it running and it came up "key not detected". I think this was because it was next to her mobile phone in her bag. Car opened fine aswell so was maybe phone giving out a signal.

Mines started playing up on my drive in front of the garage and in the garage. I had problems locking and unlocking and with the key not being detected. I managed to get it open by pushing the fob when near the rear of the car at the sides. Dealer replaced keys and it has never happened again.

I also fly model helicopters and have a raptor 30 and a hirobo lama xrb sr for inside

i typed in the name of my tv into google and looked up the settings. There are forums where people talk of the best settings, e.g. brightness, contrast, sharpness. try the name of your tv and settings(e.g. toshiba wlt66 settings)

UPDATE no further problems since ECU remap :D

to stop it signing in automatically, just type in your email(it is probably already there) and type in the wrong password and click sign me in automatically, then sign in. Then it will not sign you in when she does go on

Yes, it is warranty work so they would probably get extra from lexus GB for collecting it too although i don't know. My nearest garage is nearly an hour away and they have always collected the car when requested(at no cost).

I got mine fitted and was going to be £500 for the LPA 400, but i wanted both rear and front and got the LPA 800(front and rear) for the same price. Although this was part of the deal before anything was signed.

From what i gather from here, Lexus dealerships are happy to deal with you, even though you do not buy the car from them. It is still a Lexus at the end of the day and any cost to them caused by problems covered by warranty, would be claimed back from Lexus GB

When i set the drivers side to hot, and the passenger side to cold, hot air is blown out of the drivers vents as would be expected but cold air is blown to the rear right passenger from the little vent that cannot be turned off and the vent under the drivers seat.(also the left passenger gets cold air which is expected) When the passenger side is set to hot and the drivers to cold, hot air is blown to the rear seats and cold only to the driver. The handbook states P185 Adjusting the settings Adjusting the temperature setting "Press ^ (increase) or ((down arrow)) (decrease) on the ((picture of temp buttons)) switch to seperately adjust the temperature for the passenger and the driver SIDES (dual mode). "sides" to me means that the rear passenger should get the same temperature as the driver. Help would be appreciated, Thank you.
