What Coilovers ?

hey ppl im after a set of coilovers for my altezza 1999 model,lookin anly to drop the car around 30mm as i am running 18" wheels and dont want any rubbing, iv also got a tight budget so keeping the cost to a minimum, any ideas

cheap = cr*p IMHO

cheaper ones knock all the time.

TTE are good

TEIN are better (with edfc) particular the Flex range

ive heard HKS hypermax 2 and the Buddyclub club ones are a popular choice on the NZ forum, was in a 200sx last week that has Teins on it with the EDFC but they were stiffer than my D2's, and he had them on the softest setting. If your only looking fot a 30mm drop then why not just got some Tein lowering springs

i want good handeling also and if i get the 30mm springs it might rub so at least i can set the coilovers less or more drop to suit if u get what i mean lol

All depends on your budget Scott, think Tein basics start from about 400GBP but i've heard they are not great, save up and get a good set for about 600 - 700 GBP

i was looking at a set of NEX coilovers on eBay for £378 and postage is £125 , have u heard of this brand and do u know if these are any good
