This is an easy job but a bit fiddley. Obviouly you need to get to the wiring loom behind the dash and find a 12v that's on all the time. The rest of your connections are next to your right foot a blue connecter. I cannot tell you the colours without looking at mine. I know the central locking open and shut are at the corner of the plug and both green though one may be green and brown. Would suggest you solder the connections as mine came loose within a week or so. Id you are still stuck after trying let me know and I'll pull my carpet back and have another look. I took the boot open connection from the blue/white wire at the back of the switch. If you've got a meter you can find the wires easy enough. If you haven't got one I suggest you leave the job till you have.

Not sure if it is neg but if you get them wrong it won't harm, just switch em round b4 you solder. The 2 C/L wires are next to each other at one corner of the blue plug. You might find a step by step on one of the lexus sites if you look round cos taking the dash cover out is all about knowing where the screws are.
