View link below, found it looking through eBay US, Looks a pretty good deal.

Does any know if this item will fit in UK 2003 IS200 sport and what mods would be needed to be made to the wiring.

it looks exactly like my model - so should fit in your car.

One thing did jump off the page at me though, did see any mention to the disk.

Is this literally the display unit?

where is the bit that is in the boot, and you put the DVD in?

Stupid question coming up, I take it from you comment about the wiring loom, There is no screen connections under the 'IP', I would look inside one, but

My car has yet to be built so I have nothing to look at to comfirm wiring etc.

no there is a different loom and amplifier for the sat nav and non sat nav models
