I was planning on buying a roadster by time I was 40-50, will definitely have to be 50 now

The US price is usually = UK Price, so £225k

My next addition hopefully in the next 5 years will be the MKIV Supra of my dreams or an R35 GT-R (first one i've liked the look of).

That's an awful lot of loot for a two seater with an old fashioned layout.....good that it's rear wheel drive but it's still got V10 sat up front. Makes the Audi R8 look like a very good buy.

Not necessarily a bad thing though, the layout is the same as the McLaren SLR and we all know how good that is

Now if it's a car that's going to be similar to the SLR , then at this price it's a bargain, but if it's simply a Murcielago competitor, then it's an interesting strategy to try to price it in the same region, as I'm not sure how many people at this end would just buy a "Lexus" instead of a Lamborghini...........same problem as the R8, at the end of the day, it's still just an "Audi"........
