Yes I had one from Lexus Nottingham the other week its a common sales pitch but you can get the same discount if you walk in off the street. I also had them when I owned Toyota's

Got one of these inviting me to a Confidential Sale this weekend at my local dealer.

I had a letter this week from Lexus Wolverhampton. saying "Great News" ..... a muppett named Matthew called me literally five minutes ago and started talking ... he mentioned I've had the car for 9 monthas and it's bought on 2 years HP shown from the HPI check. Well i told him he is either talking to the wrong person or about the wrong car. He was talking about a car I sold over 12 months ago and was never on HP with me. This is the Business Manager called Matthew, in my opinion he is a muppett and in the wrong job. I have spoken to Lexus Wolverhampton at least twice about their records and they serviced my new car about a month ago.

I'm not impressed, can you tell?

I know Matthew and I know what you mean. I still to this day get letters from Toyota (next door to Lexus W-ton) about my Celica needing a service (despite me telling them about 4 times I've not got it any more - and they are the ones that sold it after I had it!!!). I do agree there are some muppets out there.
