According to Lexus Hull my Air conditioning condenser needs replacing. I took the car in after i noticed the temp was not getting as low as it should. Some weeks prior i removed a piece of wood from inthe grill under the front number plate. thi thing came heading into the car whilst travelling on the motorway!

Now for the shock...Lexus will not replace under warranty because its classed as damaged!!!!! The bill will be £650 I THINK ILL WIND THE WINDOW DOWN!!!!

So my question is does anyone know where i can get one of these items cheaper that £650 ...anyone have a IS220D yet which is breaking for spares???

Your best bet is to google for Prestige car Breakers. Feel it for you - unless your insurance will cough up...all depend on your NCB status, whether it is guaranteed etc
