Centre Exhaust Silencer

If anyone has a centre silencer section from their IS200 then let me know, pref cheaper the better. Its only for a quick little project

Yes thats the one, sort of an extra silencer part. Going to make it straight through rather than a silencer so make the car a little louder

Is there a sound limit in the sprint series mate? could cause you too many problems removing it, mines very loud without any cats.

not too sure, just going to weld a new straight through piece in and see what its like, i can't afford to remove the precats yet as i don't have the wonga.

I have a DB meter here so i can check it after to see sound levels, if its to loud then it will be sold :)

generally 105db

the starlet ran a few rounds with a screamer pipe, they wern't to hot on measuring the cars

jason i did mine i got some flexible exhaust pipe at home i will cut you some off if you like?

you will have to cut your old box out and weld in the new bit!

Thanks Matt but i would prefer the whole silencer piece. Im thinking about taking it to a friend and having it remade in stainless. Plus i want the use of my car while he is making the new one. If i get another one i can just drop it off with him and he can do it in his own time :)
