Find an open carpark and drive around in a circle for 20 minutes so it'll wear whatever it's rubbing away

Is it just the tyre catching?

I was reading about an IS or GS, can't remember which in the USA which was totally slammed and they actually had to cut holes in the chassis where the top of the suspension was hitting it :o

Have you got the standard alloys on or aftermarket?

Probably catching on the arch liner matey as a guess, if you have a look inside the wheel arch you should be able to see where? if it is the liner you can heat it with a hot air gun and bend it away or push it back? Someone else on here had to do it but cant remember who it was at the moment?

Edit: just thought mate, if you've not had the geo done yet the camber angle will be out by quite a bit so might explain why its catching? ie: the top of the wheels are leaning inwards too far?
