going from group 12 to group 15, I shall probably ring my insurance company up 2moro and get a quote, but has anyone made this change and what kind of increase did they get???

just got a couple of quick quotes and for my IS200 was £725, IS300 was £1000, does that sound reasonable?

Difference of about £200 sounds about right - that's possibly a bit more but all depends on your age/driving history and the area you live in.

I did the same upgrade about nearly a year ago I think, and the increase was approx £180 - £200, but overall it's less than £1000

flux quoted me less than i'm paying at the mo for my 200 thru aviva, i'm well chuffed, just applied for a new job so will see how that goes, and what the money is like, as the plan is to maybe have it as a second car, and somethin small for daily use, the reason behind this is i've been working in my current job for just over a month and so car i've had a scrape down my drivers door, someone slammed their door into the rear passenger side door the week after, and only this evening i've noticed a new scrape on the side of the rear bumper, its becoming more of a banger every day my 200 :(
