Clutch Plate

Recommended Posts

Is it juddering when pulling away and when you're changing between 1st and 2nd gears ?

or.... If it's making a noise at idle then if you depress the clutch the noise disappears it could be the release bearing ;)

just get the full kit. there are wear indicators on the clutch plate if there is still lines from inside to outside of friction material then its probably ok. but for the cost of a kit get a kit. to be honest after being a mechanic for over 20 years i would even know where to look to buy just a friction plate.
