Anything like this usually goes for auction.

According to the DVLA site, the 02 plate is being withheld for auction.

The 51 isn't available, so perhaps that has been already auctioned.

Bet the DVLA thinks that was real, and hopes some oil-tycoon will come in and buy it for his wife to make up for his latest infidelity :)
