Rear View Mirror Shake

Hi Guys,

My rear view mirror keeps shaking while I am driving and also when I am on tick over, driving me bonkers :tsktsk:

Does anyone know if it can be tightened and if so how?

Or does anyone any other remedy?

It's possible the attaching screws have worked loose. Where the mirror disappears into the roof lining there's a small rectangular panel that just pops off. The attaching screws are under there.

Failing that, i don't know. Is your engine running particularly rough? When was it last serviced?

Engine is running sweet as nut, just had it serviced 2 weeks ago.

I think iy may just be the attaching screw needs tightening as you suggested. Does the panel just come off when levered off?

Yep, justs pops off when levered with a flat blade screwdriver.

Thought I had the same problem a while ago, but realised it was the stereo being a bit too loud! LOL!
