How Do I Remove The Stereo From My Is220d

Hello.

Can anybody tell me how to remove the stereo from my 2006 IS220D. I have purchased an after market ipod connection kit (from Grom Audio) which needs to be plugged in to the rear of the unit, but I cannot see how to remove the trim around the stereo and ventilation system.

Do I need any special tools or is it a simple unscrew job.

I would appreciate any help that you can give.

Search on this forum for "Sat Nav hack" and you will find detailed instructions. This is assuming you have the ML stereo, although perhaps the standard one is similar to remove.
