Hey everyone, I saw some guy the other day with the twin exhausts set up on his is220, similar to the is250, I was wondering is that as easy to do as just going down to your local dealer and ordering the 250 rear bumper and exhaust set up, or is there a website I can order of, even if anyone has a rough price i would appreciate it.

As far as the bumper goes, yes you'd probably just order the 250 bumper but I don't think you'll be able to fit the 250s exhaust system. Those who have done it have custom setups I think.

wereabouts did you see it? I live in good oul Norn Iron and have a 220d with twin exhausts? its a silver sport model, so it may have been mine you seen. To answer your question, JON exhausts in newry done it for me (www.jonexhausts.co.uk), excellent service and fairly priced. I have the SR bodykit for the 250 and the twin exhausts make the car look twice as good. most people say to me they wish Lexus had made it like it from the start.

twin exhausts do look great,stick with the 220 and give the 250 a wide birth and you won't have the expense of rebuilding the top end of the engine,lol.

tinka,some of the 250 owners love knocking the 220 but the fact of the matter is the 250 has had to have engine out and the top end rebuilt.i don't recall reading about owners of 220's telling stories of engine rebuilds.
