Just wondering where to get them cheap and what size I should get.

What's wrong with the full size one, much better that a space saver as you can drive over 50 mph :)

Hi Steve,

I started to believe you are the "steve cross the road" ....... I am 99% sure you are not, just an odd feeling. He has a VXR Spent 20-30 K on the thing to imporve it and washs it everyday, no matter it snows or rains...

OK, I got my spare wheel well used for a 2nd tank. (62L) I travel a bit in the car and carry quite a bit of my outdoor stuff. as you know the boot in the IS is small anyway. that's why I need to get a space saver........

any idea where to get them and the right size for it? By the way, I did check with the Dealer, £300. and I could use that money somewhere else

Do any of the other Toyota cars (eg: Avensis) come with a space saver wheel? If so, will it fit a IS200? Might be worth looking into?

yes but your better getting a 16" steal rim and put a 205/55/16 on it.... loads of space for it and as it says you can drive over 50 with it.

any one of these will fit

not sure what space saver would come with the IS

but they are normally a smaller diameter with a high profile tyre to cope with the reduced width

all of them that i listed will fit and be the right size and have the same bolt size so they will fit the is200

Would the spacesaver used in the IS250 work?

Maybe get a can of that tyre fix stuff instead or get the tyres treated with anti-puncture stuff.

I'm not recommending either, just giving alternatives.

By the way I'm not you neighbor :)

yes a 250 will work but as for the tire fix if you use that stuff i think that you wont be able to get it fixed if you got a screw in it because i think they refuse to fix them after that because a couple of tire workers have died because of that stuff
