Removing And Transferring Leather Seat Trim

i have a 2004 full leather interior and want to take thre leather off and put it on my seats - has anyone ever stripped an is200 seat down and removed the external trim ?

matt - was going to swap the leather as seats are in a car with no windows and sat for a long time- i was worried about mould smells etc in the foam (the leather can clean up ok) plus i thought there could be issues with electrics in the seats after prolonged exposure to the elements - heated seats,motors etc - also didnt want any squeaks from rusty frames maybe - plus mines a 1999 and interior is from a 2004 so minor wiring issues and seatbelt compatability problems maybe - ive given up on the idea now as it seems like a lot of hard work when im looking for a new car anyway
