Can Someone Tell Me What's Missing From My Engine Compartment

Hi im new and was wondering could someone tell me what im missing from under the hood of my lexus is200 sport, i bought it a couple of months for cheap and new it needed a bit of work so if people could help me it would be most appreciated il post pictures of the engine compartment here or u can view the one's im gonna post in my profile

Any clues? Has it got an engine? Does it run OK?

looks normal to me but im not a mechanic-cant see a turbo or supercharger tho if thats what op means

The cam belt cover is missing apart from that it looks like a standard is200 engine bay.

ya i know it needs a cover for the cam belt, it's just in the bottom left hand corner of the engine compartment that i need help with, it looks very emtpy and there's a cable but its doesnt connect to anything there, i posted a link on top with more pics to help you all, thanks for all help and comments so far

lol...I had this very same issue a while back and was scratching my head for a while. its the connector for the motorised adjustment of the headlight mate. at some point in time the headlight has been changed and i'm guessing the replacement was from a jap import. when I was sorting my car out and the garage damaged one of the pair of lights I had, the replacement I got didnt have the motor on the back so I got a cable doing nothing as well. i'm still trying to figure out though if the motor can be added afterwards as I really wanna have the motorised adjustment on both lights not just the one.
