Is200 Possible Head Unit Replacement

I have a 2002 '02' IS200 SE. My neighbour bought and installed on of these in his Civic Type-S Flebay Link

I had his car for a day whilst mine was in for a service. The unit sounded great, the touch screen is good and the sat-nav worked a treat. It comes with iGo 8 which is good, but my neighbour also has TomTom working on it. The only issue was the RDS function on the radio was a bit slow at picking up stations, but eventually got there. The unit is a DVD player, TV etc. It plays just about anything you can throw at it. The screen is clear and bright. It has an ipod connection and has Bluetooth built in. I easily made calls with my Iphone 4.

My Lexus HU is starting to give me problems. Mostly Error 1 but a couple of times it has failed to load or eject discs and got an Error3.

Has anyone tried to fit one of these types of unit in their IS200? And if so, are there any issues I should be aware of?

I know a guy with one of these he seems to think it's pretty good...

Pretty much the same unit but those have a much lower resolution screen and also the motorosed mechanism is prone to failure.

I'd be interested in anyone who has one installed and has maybe got pictures?
