Side (Wing) Mirrors Position & Dip Problem - Memory Loss?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys.

I have this problem with my side mirrors. They keep losing their memory saved position whenever I switch off / on the engine.

Also during the past week, when I put on the reverse the driver's side mirror does not dip.

Did anyone else experience something like this? I did search the forum but couldn't find anything similar.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for that TonyB, I have been away for a few days in France and left the car behind, so was eager to try your suggestion as soon as got back, and what do you know, it works a treat. Both mirrors are working just fine now, thanks for the tip.

I am going to take the car to get the wheels balanced before my trip to Belgium to watch the F1 this weekend, happy in the knowledge that my mirrors are back to how they should be.

Awesome, quite jealous, Spa is one of my favourite circuits and would love to go at some point!

Let us know how it is live and show us some pics if you take any :)
