Even if you drill the door locks on a Mk3 LS400 they stil won't let you in......

bad news....

Battery is flat so i can't get in using my remote.

any ideas on how to access the car or get some juice into the Battery so i can use the remote fob.

PM if it's security related please.

P.S.Other good news is i have a Mki4 which i got for £920 :) taking ti for LPG tomorrow :)

The proceedure has been posted before, open the boot and connect a trickle charger to the contacts inside the boot light!

Uh? If you have a key for the boot, why can't the door open?

Did I miss something here? (Drilling, maybe?...by villains?)

yes i think you missed something.

thanks for the search suggestion and the trickle charging bit but i can only find threads saying that works for LS430's not 400's.

Ah, I see!

I'd be pretty sure that the trickle concept applies to both (in fact, MOST), cars.

Good luck....and enjoy the new one!

Gas & Go in Swindon are good, but there's a string on here somewhere with a special offer on LPG fitting, I recall.
