Is220D Air Filter

Hey guys, im driving an IS220d here in South-East Asian. Its a very rare model n so far i know theres only 2-5 Is220d here. We're having trouble getting the new air filter. Can anyone give me the alternative filters that we can use? I mean, eg: we can use the toyota hilux fuel filter cause its similar. If theres any alternative air filter, please let me know. Tq guys

Part number is 17801-26010 and is also found in certain Rav 4s from November 05 onwards ;) I dont know if that is available over there either?

just physically checked the filters, they have different filtration material but they do fit the same way ;)
