Looking For Lexus Mechanic In Essex

Hi,

New to the forum so apologises if I have posted this incorrectly.

I have an IS 200 and the front lower ball joints have got play in them. I am not able to change this myself as I do not have the tools or time. The car has also started to rev very high when started from cold (rev's are just over 1,500 rpm) and there is a lot of smoke coming out from the exhaust. I am looking for a reliable mechanic who understands these cars and will know what to do. I know these cars are pretty much bullet proof with little going wrong. However, I have owned BMW's before and been able to find a specialist who can service them and pint point a problem without a huge cost. I do not want to start my Lexus experience with huge bills.

Hi Ash. I take my IS200 to a Lexus specialist in Rayliegh. Very reasonably priced and the two head mechanics used to work for a Lexus dealer.

I've taken my car there for about 4 years now and have never had a problem.
