Alloy Sport Pedals For Automatics

I looked on eBay USA, they sell OEM alloy sport pedals for the auto, i asked if it fits a RHD car he isnt sure but he said he sold 3 sets to customers in the UK and not heard anything back so i assume it does ? and did the IS250 sport ever come with auto in UK ? i know alot places outside UK it did and according to parkers.co.uk it did just couldnt find any before i got this IS250 SE auto, of course the f-sport is but sadly out of my budget..

The alloy footrest will be the wrong hand so will not fit, but the brake and accelerator pedals will.

I now someone on here has done this before with some slight adjustments it worked.

It was one of the first mods I did to my IS250 SE-L, but I bought a set of alloy pedals from Lexus, Houston from the IS350 and the footrest was of course the wrong hand and didn't fit. However, I bought a footrest for the 250 Sport in the UK and that fit just fine.

Forget the eBay crap, if you want to change the horrible rubber pedals for the alloys, just buy the set for the 250/220D Sport or IS-F from a Lexus Delership in the UK. The brake and accelerator pedals are just a rubber backed slipover fit and the footrest is installed with plastic plugs.

Ive just done exactly the same thing as Tango. Picked up the OEM sports pedal set from Sewell Lexus in Texas during the Black Friday sale for $88 and brought it back via hand luggage. Im picking up the foot rest later today from a UK Lexus dealer which cost £100 :eerrrmm:

The old grey cells seem to recollect that the accelerator pedal needs to be changed out by removing a roll pin, which I did with a small clamp and suitable drift (think nail).
