Battery

got in the car this morning and the Battery was flat ! had a lift to Halfords to get a new Battery and it cost £95. i know Halfords are expensive (they were the nearest to me and i was in a rush),but is that a fair price ? also Battery had been on the car since new,2004 so did i do right buying new ? i think 7 years is old for a Battery ?

can you sit down yet ??? thats a slapped arse price, but if your in a hurry then thats the extra you pay. Halfords nail everyone on everything. They have a big name that everyone trust and nail everyone. I have customers all the time buying bulbs from there and being charged to have them fitted. My dearest headlight bulb i stock is £3.50 and fitted free. I have had people comign to me with broken bulb retaining clips after they tried to fit their own bulb because halfrauds wanted to charge them upwards of £7.50 for fitting. I had to go there recently for a bike tyre for me lads bike i could have got one for my car cheaper!!!
