Toyo T1 Sports

Has anyone got the above or a Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 fitted on their IS250, and if so how is the ride. Thanks

I got toyo T1R had them on a couple of years now, have been brill tyres, good in dry/rain /snow would recommend, will have them again

Tramlining is when the treaded part of the tyre follows

ruts in the road.Tyre wall rigidity also causes tramlining

o ok well answer is no then. i have had these on 3 years now and will need replacing in the next month or so and i will get the same ones as they are great tyres in fact best tyres i have driven on

Got toyos on the front to make it quieter,cant wait for the rears to go now so i can a pair on the back

Got toyo T1r`s on the front mate and bridgestone on rear,drives nice now its all been 4 wheel laser lined.Bridgestones are a noisy tyre though!

Hello all,

Donmar, a word of caution. The T1-R's, as good as they are, are an old design which is in the process of being phased out. You might be able to get them now ok, but if you damage one in 12 months time they might not be available, and you could end with a mixture of tyres.

If you are getting four new ones now you'd be wiser to move to the latest patterns, i.e. The T1 sport or C1-S. I've got four C1-S's on my IS200. Dead silent, firm feel. Really like them.

I have just ordered a set of T1 Sport, and getting rid of my dunlop sportmax on the fronts and SP 01 at the rears. Hope this will sort out my horrible ride I have at the moment.

cheers james on that but already ringing around for cheapest prices and yes i found out ant the T1Rs and sport is replacing them just hope the sport is as good as the T1Rs as they have been brill all year rounders, quite ,road holding in fact best all around

Fronts are 225/45/17 and rears 245/45/17. Where did you get yours from?

i had same size all around, had them from a little place called tan bank tyres in newport in shropshire

just me front discs and pads to be done now and LEXUS picking me car up tomorrow for that

I got the fronts from Event tyres and the rears from Camskill. Now I only hope once its scrubbed my ride will be as what it use to be when I first got my car.
