The Lexus GS430 is one of the best cars on this planet, period.Fast, well built, unbreakable, not loud, always always dependable.Cons? if gas mileage is your compass, forget it. But it is not such a big gass guzzler. In the UK one does not drive at 110 mph all the time. When you are attuned to the engine´s quirks and DNA, 23 mpg becomes real. Add to that an ample boot and a staggering acceleration. What motorists ara looking for nowadays are fridges on wheels; if you are not one of them , buy this Lexus. It will become part of you.

I am currently getting between 16 and 20 round town and between 30 to 33 running Coventry-Lyme Regis at speed limit. Cruise control tends to reduce mpg slightly when I use it. For the size of the car and the engine I think fuel consumption is terrific. I will certainly miss her when I sell her.
