Hi all!

Name is Phil and I'm from the Elgin area of Scotland (Far north)

I bought my second Lexus IS200 just 2 weeks ago as a bit of a project really, the car had seen better days with a blown head gasket and a broken windscreen!

First of all here's my old IS200 which I loved

Here's the new one

I'll get up some pictures of the engine build soon, I'm currently in need of a few coil packs to finish it off.

P.S does anyone have info on what wheels they are that's fitted? :geek:

Cheers, Phil

They look like they could be Speedline's, but they're probably a Japanese brand similar in design. Either way, I really like the white against the blue! Get a "Sports" grille on there to finish it off, and she's a real looker pal!

Thanks all for the welcome!

I've got a sports Grille to go on too, will get some up to date pictures once I've sorted the coil pack issue.

@Matt-C, the wheels have a small Lexus badge cut into the outer rim of each wheel (between the spokes) I'll get a better idea when I take them off I imagine.

Incase anyone is into German automobiles here's my Audi S4 B5 twin turbo currently pushing around 450bhp, I realise Audi may be a swear word on here but hope you like anyway!

Got no problems with Audi - I really like (most of) them. A good friend of mine as a B5 S4, running around 500 or so ponies. Fully reinforced box sectioned subframe in it too, and it's a proper weapon! I prefer the B7 A4's myself though (one day I might get that B7 RS4 saloon!)

Lol I'm sorry I didn't mean to hate on your Audi, I'd had a few shandy's when I wrote that! :)

I dont like Audi's that's all, just personal taste. I've never liked the design of them and all newer ones look the same. I can't tell the difference between an A1 and A3 from the front!

However I'm sure it's a fantastic car and 450BHP is impressive I just don't think I could ever have one. :)

Hi John, thanks for the welcome and the info.

Those are the exact wheels I have, with the little Lexus badge between the two spokes. Are these quite rare? I looked around for what my wheels were and no IS200 I came across had them!
