Replacing The Accessory Socket Fuse. Help

Hi i took my lexus IS 220D to kwik fit and they could not find where to put the fuse for the accessory socket/cigarette lightwe, the manual says drivers foot-well and shows a picture, but there are no obvious compartments to open. So well confused.

Also took it to Halfords and they couldnt find it either, can anyone help me, first time buyer of lexus, glad to be part of the club :)

Lexus IS 220D 2007 (right hand drive)

Hello and welcome to the LOC.

Link below is for a LHD version so read driver's side for passenger side, so should be on driver's side up under the dash as described, they are normally white with a cover over them, quite a small one on the IS220d from what I understand.
