Transferring Telephone Contacts From Phone To Car Via Bluetooth

Hi,

I have a Galaxy s3 with about 400 telephone contacts and want to transfer these to my newly acquired GS450h SE-L. I have connected the phone easily to work via the blue tooth hands free in the car but when I try to transfer the contacts nothing seems to be happening. I get as far as an image on the screen saying transfer contacts now and it is as though the system is waiting for the phone to push the data. I would be glad of any advice if you have managed to achieve this via Bluetooth.
