Can't Undo Idle Pulley!

Hi all, I snapped the alternator belt on my is200 last Friday. I ordered new belts over the weekend and tried to change them today. However, I can not loosen the idle pulley to do the air con belt! It is completely stuck. Is it left hand thread or something? I have managed to slightly bend the tension bolt through my messing around. Does anyone have any tips for removing this damn thing or know the best place to get a replacement? Thanks.
