Front Indicator - Are They Hard To See?

Ok. got a funny one here. To cut a long story short, ive been driving my IS200 for about 4 months now and on multiple occasions ppl have ignored my signals or have waited at a junction that i am turning into, with one occasion a taxi driver raging at me for what appeared to be not signalling. I always signal and have always had my signal on when this has happened. must of happened about 5 or 6 times now. This cant be a coincidence surely, are the front indicators hard to see or something? Just wondered if anyone has had a similar problem?

Not personally. I presume they have the correct bulbs? ie has someone fitted 5W instead of 21W ones?
