I had the same problem. Check the hoses that go from the radiator to the evaporator and tighten the jubilee clips. Should solve your problem unless the rad is leaking. I have mine serviced every 10k from Lexus BHAM which I believe is Sytner. They don't have a problem servicing it. Due for 130k service after 4k miles.

I am surprised Sytner (Birmingham) will work on your LPG conversion the Milton Keynes branch (who are good) will not - they told me it is their group's policy. I have to go to Listers in Coventry.

Good news for you - I think I'll check with them again they may have changed.

Lexus of Cheltenham came and collected the car today and delivered it back tonight in what they think is full works order. It transpired to be an airlock. They think they have cured I but will have to keep an eye on it. Thank you all for your advice and ideas.
