Headlight + Front Fog Strange Behaviour

Hi, I have just realised that my passenger headlight is on for a few secs than goes off and I also see in the same side front fog flickering ....

Does anyone comes across this issue? Could this be the bulbs or other electrical issue?

Oh on top, the wing mirror rotate downward on reserve on work sometime....

make sure the adjustment switch is lit on the drop down switch pad there is 3 positions passenger / driver /middle off if its off they wont drop on reverse

as to the lights i had a flicker and headlight going off after about 20 mins running cant comment on the fogs but lexus sheffield fitted new bulbs for me and now perfect 52 each 20 to fit

if its a 2006 i bet they are the origionals and ready for changing

Thank you for your info. I think is about time to get the bulbs change by Lexus....
