Programmable Software Function ?

I Know that the newer years of IS has got many functions that is reprogrammable by computer.

Lock functions, Follow me home, A/C system and many more.

Does anybody have a list of the functions that is reprogammable?

I havd seen somewhere a old one.

GS uses a system called C-BEST. I have a list of the options but they will apply to the GS series I think only.

Have a search on IS300.net - US IS300s have a subset of the GS / LS CBEST options - assume Europe IS's are similar. IS options appear fairly limited although there are a couple of interesting ones.

Has anyone done this / enquired about CBEST on a European IS?

There's a (very) few things on there worth looking at.

The "two presses to unlock all doors" function is listed as working on the IS - that would probably be pretty useful. Obviously the US market has the headlamps configured to stay on for several seconds after you leave the car though..... strange.

The only useful function, auto locking on setting gearbox to "DRIVE" or pullaway..... not available :(

I wonder what cool toys there'll be to play with in the 2005 IS.... :D

Handy if there's no street lighting - you park your car then the headlights stay on long enough for you to see your way up your path, or unlock your front door :)
