100k service at Lexus Guildford today, no problems, car's running like a dream, £480 poorer, well worth the money. New IS300h as a loan car for the day, great car, but obviously I am not the target market, very pleased to get back into the LS. Advised the front discs and pads in 6 months time(£350). Once again the customer service was second to none.

Would recommend Guildford every time.

Glad to hear everything fine with your car Graham,it's certainly a beauty,I also find Lexus Main Dealers in general,provide exceptional Customer service,as should be the norm,and not the exception.

So what was included in the 100k service?..if this included the change of cam belt and water pump and tensioners...then that is a bargain price....or does the LS460 have a chain cam unlike the LS430!

Having been directed in the right direct by members here, I had both the front and back brake pads changed on my LS430 with ferodo premier by a local garage all for £160!

Parts were £200 (£119 for engine oil), labour £200, VAT £80. 460 has the timing chain.
