Got A Rx300

I recieved Pooles dem vehicle today. Now part of "LEXUS OWNERS, CLUB" bought and paid for vehilce last week. Aftet 1 week they brought me their dem vehicle. \\have taken it out. Great car. Why can't I have mine, I have paid for it, problem with the onboard computor. LEXUS, THE EXPERIENCE, The experience is total dissapointment, as they cant get the car to u as promised, and then the say mathless service. After what i have experienced matchless service means nobody can match the rubbish service that they provide. I have owened Toyota vehicles for years and have never had any problem with them. Toyota are the greatest. I do not know what Lexus are trying to prove but they will have to go a long way to beat Toyota!

i think that once you receive yours, you will soon forget the troubles :)

I got my RX300 SE-L at the beginning of June. I have had a door seal replaced as I was getting a 'whistling' noise at speeds over 30mph. I also had a sun roof component replaced as I had a slight ratlle in the roof area. Had the car not been so quiet niether of these faults would have been so apparent. Being honest I would have to say I did not expect any faults whatsoever, but being realistic this is virtually a new model and my very minor problems were easily fixed. I would recommend this car 100% :D :D :D

Errr....Lexus are Toyota.

Quality systems are the same...etc. etc..

Lexus are just a rebadged Toyota.

Not sure what is going on with them at the moment but there have also been recalls on the new Corolla and several problems on the new Avensis. All sorted out quickly and without fuss though which is what you expect from Toyota.

I would recommend not purchasing a car within it's first year of production. Let all the problems get sorted out first.
